Kreloff Equity Partners, Inc. (“KEPI”) is a Boulder, Colorado-based Investment Company that specializes in making private-equity investments in start-up businesses that meet special criteria. KEPI is headed-up by Mark Kreloff, a self styled “serial entrepreneur”. Mr. Kreloff has been a principal in numerous successful ventures especially in the television, Internet media and intellectual property worlds. Previously (as in a really long time ago), Mr. Kreloff was an investment banker with Drexel Burnham Lambert and Kidder Peabody & Co.

In general, KEPI seeks out good ideas that can be executed by exceptional people. We believe that most start-up businesses fail because good ideas are the bare minimum requirement for success. Without highly motivated people and experienced investment capital, a good business idea doesn't have a prayer. For these reasons, we insist on taking an active role in the early stages of a portfolio company’s life.
